These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ImHim ("ImHim", "we", "us") governing your use of the ImHim mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old, and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App. The App is intended for adults for entertainment and self-improvement.
ImHim is a practice and confidence-training tool. It lets you rehearse conversations with fictional AI characters, complete daily missions, and track your progress over a 60-day journey. It is a simulator and a coach — not a dating service, not a messaging service, and not a way to contact real people.
The characters in ImHim are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, do not represent real people, and their responses are automatically generated and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or wrong.
ImHim provides no guarantee of any outcome — social, romantic, or otherwise. Scores, feedback, and coaching are for practice and motivation only and are not professional, psychological, medical, or relationship advice. Use your own judgment, and always act lawfully and respectfully toward real people.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms, solely for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit the App or its content except as allowed by law.
You agree not to use the App to: break any law; harass, threaten, or harm any person; attempt to make the AI produce illegal content or content sexualising minors; probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems; or misrepresent AI-generated content as coming from a real person. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You are responsible for what you type, say, or upload. You retain your rights to it; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the App (for example, sending it to our AI provider to generate a reply). Do not submit others' private information or anything you don't have the right to share.
The App, its characters, text, design, and branding are owned by ImHim or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no ownership of them.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be suitable for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImHim and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI output. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify ImHim against claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
These Terms are between you and ImHim only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. prohibited-parties list.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
